Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the after-sales service operations for plastic processing and packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, team leadership skills, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and servicing of machinery at client sites
  • Lead and guide the service team to ensure timely and efficient support
  • Handle escalated technical issues and provide hands-on troubleshooting when required
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams for seamless client support
  • Maintain service records, generate reports, and analyze performance metrics
  • Train service engineers and ensure skill upgrades across the team
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all service activities

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Engineering background preferred)
  • Experience: 10–12 years in service and maintenance of plastic/packaging machinery

  • Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of VFFS / HFFS / plastic processing machines

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and client-handling capabilities
  • Experience in managing field service teams and technical operations
