We're Hiring: Visual Media Specialist

Major Work: Graphic Design, Video Editing, Photo editing, Photography and Videography

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome)

Type: Full-time

Who we're looking for:

  • Someone who can shoot, edit, design, and help define the visual identity of the brand
  • Someone hands-on, self-motivated, and doesn't wait around for instructions
  • Someone who understands the kind of content that works on social media
  • Someone who's been designing, editing, or creating independently for a while now
  • Someone who cares about brand aesthetics, not just individual assets

What you'll be doing:

  • Shoot photos and videos for campaigns, drops, reels, and storytelling
  • Edit reels, ads, lookbooks, and brand content
  • Design Instagram posts, stories, carousels, web banners, and more
  • Create basic apparel graphics, mockups, and visual placements
  • Animate motion graphics and transitions using After Effects or a similar program
  • Contribute to the visual tone and flow of the brand's feed
  • Bring fresh content ideas and formats to the table regularly

What you need to know:

Design & Graphics

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong sense of layout, typography, and colour
  • Basic apparel, graphic design, and placements

Video & Motion

  • Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve (any one is fine)
  • After Effects for motion and transitions
  • Ability to shoot and work with camera gear (mirrorless/DSLR)

Photography

  • Understand lighting, framing, and editing (Lightroom preferred)

Bonus (not required but nice to have):

  • Blender (for experimental or 3D content)
  • Capture One
  • Interest in apparel, branding, or visual culture
