About the Role:We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with a proven track record of scaling and managing large social media platforms—especially Instagram and LinkedIn . If you’ve built communities, cracked the algorithm, and know how to drive both engagement and follower growth for a media or content-led brand, we want to talk to you.Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the content strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platformsDrive follower growth, engagement, and reach through smart content planning, trend-mapping, and platform-specific storytellingCollaborate with editorial, design, and video teams to create platform-native contentAnalyze performance metrics and constantly optimize content formats, posting times, and strategiesManage influencer collaborations, social partnerships, and reels strategy where applicableStay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updatesRequirements:3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for a fast-paced media, publishing, or content-first brandDemonstrated success in growing Instagram and LinkedIn handles to significant scale (10k–100k+)Strong understanding of social media analytics, performance tools, and content formatsCreative mindset with sharp copywriting skills and an eye for visual storytellingComfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-paced teamBonus Points For:Experience with paid social media marketing and boosting strategyExperience using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or SproutSocialStrong network in the media/tech ecosystemPreferred Industry: Media / Content / Digital Publishing
