Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Social Media Engagement Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. This role involves creating engaging content, conducting regular follow-ups, and fostering relationships with our online community to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) by creating and posting engaging and relevant content.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to build strong community relationships.
  • Conduct outreach, make calls, and follow up with clients as needed.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance and provide recommendations for content optimization.

Requirements:


  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field (internship experience included).
  • Active personal presence on multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with regular posting activity.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and content scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
