Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – South Karnataka to lead and manage sales operations across multiple districts in South Karnataka for our car tyre business. The role involves driving regional sales performance, expanding dealer and distributor networks, managing sales teams, and achieving aggressive revenue targets while ensuring strong market presence and collections discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee sales operations for the assigned South Karnataka region
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets (₹2–2.5 Cr per month)
- Appoint, develop, and manage dealers and distributors across the region
- Drive market penetration, retail reach, and brand visibility
- Implement and monitor pricing strategies, schemes, and promotional programs
- Ensure timely collections and control outstanding payments
- Track competitor activity and submit regular market intelligence reports
- Lead, train, guide, and review Area Sales Managers / Sales Officers
- Coordinate with Head Office teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives

Candidate Profile
- 7–12 years of experience in car tyres / automotive aftermarket distribution
- Strong knowledge of regional dealer and retail markets in South Karnataka
- Proven experience managing ASM / Sales Officer–level teams
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Result-oriented with strong execution capability
