Role Overview
We're looking for a smart, dependable professional to support the Revenue Head in managing sales operations, lead tracking, and follow-ups. The role needs someone who's strong with data, structured in execution, and comfortable working in a fast-moving setup.
Location - Charni Road, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Track daily patient leads, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure leads are updated in real time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for the sales team.
- Coordinate between marketing, inside sales, and PRO teams to keep the lead pipeline active.
- Analyze funnel data to highlight gaps, delays, or missed opportunities.
- Assist in executing sales initiatives and performance reviews.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM, or business operations (healthcare preferred).
- Good with Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable reading basic data.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
