Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing excellent customer support, resolving client inquiries efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building trust with clients. Responsibilities include managing email, phone, and chat interactions, maintaining accurate case records, providing solutions to improve customer experience, and escalating technical queries to the appropriate departments. The role requires effective communication skills, customer-centric approaches, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills, including problem-solving ability, active listening, and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with conversational fluency
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer support tools, and basic computer applications
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with diverse teams
  • Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is an asset
