Zscaler ZDX – Digital Experience Monitoring (probes, agents, KPIs)

ZIA – Secure Internet / SaaS Access (policy tuning, DNS control, SSL inspection, CASB/ATP)

ZPA – Zero-Trust Private Access (App Segmentation, access policies, SSO)

Deception Capabilities – Decoys, honeypots, detection workflows

PRA (Privileged Remote Access) – Identity, MFA, role-based access, session monitoring

Strong experience in
Design, Implementation, Optimization, Runbooks, & Workshops
