Jewellery Costing & Pricing: Prepare and validate detailed product costing for precious metals, diamonds, and semi-precious stones; develop accurate pricing models aligned with brand strategy and market trends.
Inventory Management & Valuation: Oversee inventory tracking and reconciliation across manufacturing, retail stores, exhibitions, and warehouses; ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Financial Reporting & MIS: Generate timely monthly P&L reports, sales vs. cost analysis, margin reports, and variance analysis; deliver insights and dashboards to support CFO decision-making.
Compliance & Statutory Adherence: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, hallmarking standards, and other regulatory requirements specific to the jewellery industry.
Vendor Payment & Reconciliation: Manage accounts payable processes for karigars, suppliers, and service providers; verify invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments.
ERP & Systems Management: Coordinate with IT and finance teams to maintain accuracy of financial data and SKU-level tracking within ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or others).
Exhibition & Event Finance: Track and manage budgets, costs, and revenue related to jewellery exhibitions, trunk shows, and other promotional events; ensure proper accounting and reconciliation post-events.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, sourcing, and sales teams to align financial goals with operational activities.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Assist CFO in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the jewellery vertical.
Risk Management & Controls: Implement internal controls to prevent wastage, pilferage, and financial discrepancies within the jewellery supply chain.
