Job Summary :-

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for our Tour & Travel business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, compliance, vendor handling, and MIS reporting, along with mandatory prior experience in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee compliance, statutory filings, taxation, and audits as per regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and MIS for management decision-making.
  • Monitor petty cash management and establish strong internal financial controls.
  • Support the budgeting, planning, and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Drive vendor negotiations and manage relationships to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to travel industry-specific financial regulations and operational requirements.

Requirements :-

  • 6–10 years of relevant finance experience, with at least 3+ years in the Travel / Hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven expertise in vendor negotiations, cash flow management, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP, and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
