· Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.

6. Vendor Performance Evaluation:

· Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Address any performance issues and work on continuous improvement.

7. Risk Management:

· Identify and mitigate risks related to the procurement process.

· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

8. Collaboration:

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, finance, and operations, to align procurement activities with business objectives.

· Participate in cross-functional teams as needed.
