Overview:

Titan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a GRC Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and procedures within our digital department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement GRC policies, procedures, and controls for the digital department

- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC processes and procedures

- Develop and deliver training programs on GRC best practices to employees

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to GRC and make recommendations for process improvements

- Lead and manage GRC audits and assessments

- Communicate and escalate any identified risks or compliance issues to senior management

- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies

- Act as a subject matter expert on GRC matters and provide guidance to the digital department as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, preferably in a digital environment

- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to GRC, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS

- Experience in developing and implementing GRC policies, procedures, and controls

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC, are a plus

Additional Parameters:

- Experience in the retail industry is a plus

- Knowledge of GRC tools and software is preferred

- Willingness to travel as needed
