Overview:

Titan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced GRC Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, India. As a GRC Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes and procedures within our digital department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as identify and mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GRC policies, procedures, and controls for the digital department

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of GRC processes and procedures

  • Develop and deliver training programs on GRC best practices to employees

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to GRC and make recommendations for process improvements

  • Lead and manage GRC audits and assessments

  • Communicate and escalate any identified risks or compliance issues to senior management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies

  • Act as a subject matter expert on GRC matters and provide guidance to the digital department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor//'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in GRC, preferably in a digital environment

  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations related to GRC, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS

  • Experience in developing and implementing GRC policies, procedures, and controls

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Relevant certifications, such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC, are a plus

Additional Parameters:

  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus

  • Knowledge of GRC tools and software is preferred

  • Willingness to travel as needed
