Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager to run our retail stores smoothly. If you enjoy leading a team, helping customers, and growing sales, this role is for you. You will be responsible for daily store operations, staff management, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Manage day-to-day store operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate store staff
  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times
  • Handle sales targets and improve store performance
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and store displays
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety
  • Handle cash, billing, and basic reports
  • Resolve customer concerns politely and professionally

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager (retail preferred)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales, inventory, and billing
  • Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
  • Willingness to work at different store locations if needed
  • Honest, responsible, and customer-focused

Education & Experience

  • Minimum: High school / graduate (as applicable)
  • Retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most
