Role Summary

ARAs Client is seeking an experienced Workday Data Mapping & Conversions Specialist to serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and lead data mapping and conversion initiativesparticularly for Workday HCM and Financials. The ideal candidate will oversee a team, collaborate across functions, and ensure data accuracy and integration excellence throughout data migration cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME on Workday data mapping and conversion processes.
  • Lead and guide a team responsible for data mapping and conversion deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence and implement key decisions.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize data mapping documentation and conversion specifications.
  • Drive data integrity and quality control throughout the entire migration lifecycle.
  • Provide scalable, innovative solutions and troubleshoot complex data issues across functions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years handson experience in Workday data mapping and conversions.
  • Proven experience leading data migration projects.
  • Deep expertise in Workday HCM and Financials modules.
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with ETL tools used for data transformation and loading.

NicetoHave

  • Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, or related integration tools.
  • Experience working in global delivery models or virtual teams.
  • Exposure to emerging HR technologies or adjacent Workday modules.

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate
