HR Recruiter Immigration Intern

Location: New Delhi, India

Type: Internship (Remote/Hybrid/On-site)

Duration: 3 - 6 months

Role Overview

As an HR Recruiter Immigration Intern, you will support the recruitment and documentation processes for clients seeking immigration to Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, and Dubai. Youll work closely with senior recruiters and case managers to ensure smooth candidate onboarding and compliance with international visa requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates for immigration programs (PR, work permits, student visas)
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal consultants and external partners
  • Assist in preparing and verifying immigration-related documentation
  • Maintain candidate databases and track application progress across countries
  • Communicate with clients regarding interview schedules, document requirements, and visa updates
  • Collaborate with legal and documentation teams to ensure compliance with country-specific immigration laws

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace
  • Interest in global mobility, immigration law, or international HR practices
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with strong organizational skills

Preferred Knowledge Areas

  • Basic understanding of immigration pathways for Canada, Australia, UK, Germany, and UAE
  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools
  • Awareness of cultural and professional norms in target countries
