  • Filling up Tracking Sheet With Complete Details.
  • Probing Exchange /Valuate Old car.
  • Explain product information.
  • Demonstration and Test Drive.
  • Explanation of schemes, Finance, Finance Documentation process.
  • Explain the Benefits of Insurance / EW / VAS.
  • Follow-up through tracking sheet updating Sales Force regularly and giving daily report to Manager.
  • Opening of Order Booking Form.
  • Check availability of stock (Model, Variant, Colour)
  • On Date of Delivery check CAR physically 2-3 hours before Customer is asked to come to showroom.
  • Get Accessories Fitted it customer has ordered and verify before delivery.
  • Check clearance of payment 1 day in advance, collect corporate related documents.
  • Check clearance of loan and get DO from finance company before Delivery and get clearance from Accounts.
  • Complete Delivery process Raise T/R Insurance, Life Tax online payment and be present at the time of Delivery.
  • Hand over all documents to customers for full payments.
  • Handover all documents to RTA Dept if Permanent Registration is done by us
  • Visit the customer after 20 days to find out if he is satisfied and then probe for Reference.
