Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Director to oversee the daily operations of our retail fashion store in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in retail management, a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of store operations. The Store Director will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
  3. Ensuring the sales team maintains professionalism in appearance, punctuality, and conduct.
  4. Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
  5. Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
  6. Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  7. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
  8. Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store displays.
  9. Preparing detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits.
  10. Managing store administration duties such as budgets and financial records.
  11. Monitoring inventory levels and placing timely orders.
  12. Preparing aging reports for the store.
  13. Handling client escalations before involving the Founder.
  14. Managing and analyzing walk-in data for the store.

Skills and Qualifications:

a) Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.

b) Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.

c) Strong leadership and team-building skills.

d) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

e) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
