
HR Generalist

Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This position requires a hands-on professional who is proactive, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist with job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support managers in resolving employee relations issues.
- Performance Management
- Help administer performance review processes.
- Maintain employee evaluation records and follow up on development plans.
- Benefits & Compensation
- Support benefits enrollment and assist with employee questions.
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers as needed.
- Compliance
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
- Maintain and update employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and assist in identifying development needs.
- HR Administration
- Maintain HR systems and records (HRIS).
- Prepare reports and HR metrics as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
