Job Title:
Technical Engineer– UPS / Power / Battery Systems

Location:
Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra, (with potential travel to client sites)

Department:
Field Services / Technical Operations / Critical Power Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation & Commissioning
    : Set up and configure Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, batteries, and associated power equipment at client location
  • Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
    : Conduct routine inspections and address faults in UPS systems, batteries, and related components to ensure optimal

performance and minimized downtime.

  • System Upgrades
    : Assess existing power setups and recommend enhancements, such as integrating new batteries or advanced monitoring tools, to improve system efficiency.
  • Technical Documentation
    : Maintained detailed records of maintenance activities, system configurations, and any modifications made to equipment.
  • Client Communication
    : Liaise with clients to provide updates on system status, maintenance schedules, and offer guidance on best practices for power system management.

Safety Compliance
: Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards and protocols, including proper handling of batteries and electrical components.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background
    : Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Power Engineering.

  • Experience
    : 2–5 years in the critical power industry, with hands-on experience in UPS systems, DC power systems, and battery maintenance.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting UPS systems and battery-related issues.
  • Familiarity with OEM specifications and standards.
  • Certifications
    : Relevant certifications in UPS systems or electrical safety are advantageous.
