Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects.
  • Prepare and update project documentation including schedules, reports, and specifications.
  • Support the monitoring of project progress and help identify potential issues or delays.
  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Help manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct field visits or site inspections as needed to gather data or verify work progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Support in preparing cost estimates and budgets.
  • Oversee MEP installation (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting systems) ensuring compliance with codes and design intent.
  • Coordinate between interior, glass, and MEP teams to ensure seamless work sequencing and avoid conflicts.
  • Participate in meetings and record meeting minutes and action items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or engineering team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( Civil).
  • 2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
  • Familiarity with Auto CAD tools and project management software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel to visit other branches when work has been assigned
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
