About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SEO, website conversion optimization, email marketing, and social media marketing. Your goal will be to drive website traffic, improve search rankings, generate qualified leads, and increase online sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, content, site structure, etc.) and improve website health.
  • Manage link-building and outreach campaigns to boost domain authority.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

2. Website Sales & Conversion Optimization:

  • Monitor website performance and user behavior to identify conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance site UX and conversion funnels.
  • Implement A/B testing, CTAs, and landing page optimizations to boost sales and lead generation.

3. Email Marketing:

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for product promotions, newsletters, and customer engagement.
  • Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve open and click-through rates.
  • Analyze performance and optimize future email campaigns based on insights.

4. Social Media Marketing:

  • Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Run paid campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor performance and report key metrics.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular performance reports for all channels.
  • Use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and ROI.
  • Recommend actionable strategies to improve results across campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
