Junior Bartender

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Junior Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and serving beverages, support senior bartenders, and ensure excellent guest service. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn mixology skills, and grow in the food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Support senior bartenders in daily bar operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock bar supplies, glassware, and garnishes as needed.
• Greet and interact with guests, providing friendly and efficient service.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Learn and develop knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a bar/restaurant is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong passion for hospitality and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
