Senior Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations, along with strong leadership skills to guide and train junior bartenders. As a Senior Bartender, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and bar efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests as per recipes and standards.
• Lead, train, and support junior bartenders and bar staff.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day bar operations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Recommend and create innovative cocktails and seasonal drink menus.
• Maintain stock levels, manage inventory, and place bar orders.
• Uphold all safety, health, and licensing regulations.
• Deliver prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism.
• Collaborate with management to drive beverage sales and promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of bartending experience, with at least 1–2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certification in bartending or hospitality management is an advantage.
