PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable SCCM/Intune/MDM Support Engineer to join our team. As an SCCM/Intune/MDM Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's SCCM/Intune environment, ensuring its smooth operation, and providing technical assistance to users. Your expertise in SCCM/Intune services and applications will be essential in maintaining and optimizing our digital workplace.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain SCCM and Intune systems to support endpoint management, application deployment, and security across the organization.
- Implement, configure, and optimize policies, profiles, and compliance settings for devices managed through SCCM, Intune, and MDM solutions.
- Coordinate and execute software deployments, updates, patches, and configurations using SCCM and Intune, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, health, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues related to SCCM, Intune, and MDM operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and expansions of the endpoint management infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and guidelines for SCCM, Intune, and MDM operations and configurations.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to end-users or support teams on SCCM, Intune, and MDM-related issues.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficient experience in administering and managing SCCM, Intune, and other MDM solutions in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of endpoint management, software deployment, patch management, and device security principles.
Hands-on expertise in configuring and troubleshooting SCCM, Intune, and MDM policies, compliance settings, and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, and networking concepts.
Knowledge of incident and problem management processes and tools for timely resolution of M365-related issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems in the M365 environment.
- Microsoft certifications are a plus.

SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES/ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently with low-level supervision and in a global team distributed geographically.
- Strong organization skills (set priorities, meets deadlines, multiple simultaneous projects) and excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills with the ability of providing solutions to identified problems.
- Ability to communicate problems in terms that are understandable to end users at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding, designing, delivering and demonstrating compliance with information security requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in performing information security practices in the management and delivery of infrastructure and operations.
