Role Description

We're looking for a
Creative Graphic Designer
who thinks in pixels and dreams in color — someone who can translate brand stories into bold, beautiful, and intelligent visual experiences.

This is a
full-time, on-site
role at our Bhubaneswar studio, where you'll work across a wide range of clients — from
FMCG to Food, Events to Lifestyle, Government to Hospitality
.

If your design sense goes beyond aesthetics — into strategy, storytelling, and scroll-stopping impact — this one's for you.

Responsibilities

1.Conceptualize, design, and execute creatives for
branding, advertising, and social media campaigns
.

2.Work on
multi-domain designs
— including food, fashion, events, FMCG, lifestyle, and personality branding.

3.Create campaign visuals, social media posts, print collaterals, packaging, hoardings, and digital ads.

4.Collaborate with
content creators, social media managers, and motion designers
to maintain brand consistency.

5.Adapt designs smartly across formats and platforms without losing visual essence.

6.Keep up with
latest design trends, fonts, colors, and visual languages
that perform in the digital ecosystem.

7.Use
AI and automation tools
to optimize workflow and speed up production.

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

What You Must Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven design experience
    in an agency or creative environment.
  • Mastery of
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
    and familiarity with
    After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CorelDRAW
    .
  • A strong eye for layout, color, typography, and composition.
  • Real-world understanding of brand communication and how design drives engagement.
  • Comfort working with feedback loops, multiple revisions, and quick turnarounds.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive — someone who doesn't wait for inspiration; they create it.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

Experience designing for motion graphics, reels, or video overlays.

Knowledge of printing processes, packaging design, and digital ad formats.

Familiarity with
AI-powered design tools (Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.)
.

  • Ability to guide junior designers or interns when needed.
