You are seeking a Senior Quantitative Credit Risk Strategist to join the team. Your role will involve collaborating with analysts, risk managers, and leaders to analyze customer characteristics, identify risk differentiators, and recommend underwriting and collections strategies to meet risk and return objectives. If you possess an analytical and data-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, this position is well-suited for you. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze data to identify risk drivers and propose mitigation strategies - Collaborate with the Data Science team to develop and test credit, account management, and collection models - Define credit strategy and policies to manage risk effectively and support business growth - Enhance collection performance through operational, policy, and modeling enhancements - Establish underwriting and account management strategies - Engage with R+D, Product, and Operations teams to test and launch new features or products **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience in retail/consumer/SMB finance within a credit risk or strategy role, preferably in Fintech or banking - Proficiency in writing credit memos and credit decision and strategy documentation - Hands-on experience in leveraging data and analytics to steer credit risk strategy - Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies - Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, OR Business) - Advanced skills in data analytics, including the use of SQL, Python/R, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau/Hex - Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques - Ability to influence and lead collaborations in a cross-functional, non-hierarchical environment to drive progress *Note: There are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.*,
