We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base and event portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for corporate, social, and brand events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to design customized event solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, client meetings, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing, preferably in the event, advertising, or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of event management processes and client needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work culture.
