Job Description:· Should have good knowledge towards on income tax and GST· Should have good knowledge in TDS return and reconciliation· Should good knowledge in Indian accounting standard and IFRS· Handling of Indian and International Payroll processing in an efficient, accurate & timely manner· Maintaining, Accounting, and updating in Tally/SAP· Ensuring compliance like PF, PT and TDS by following policies and procedures including· Preparation of Month end activities and MIS and tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances.· Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required· Conducting International Employee Reimbursement in an efficient, accurate & timely manner· Coordination with External auditor and other stake holder independently· Should have good knowledge on capitalization of assets.· Ensuring compliance with local revenue authority and government regulations. (e.g., statutory· Training & supervision of the team with delegated duties· Appraisal of the team against set KPIs (performed with HR / GM) with recommendations for further development.Relevant Experience &Competencies -Bachelor's in finance with 2 -4 years of ExperienceHaving experience of Compliance's - TDS, GST, Company Law.Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally ERP, MS Word Having Proficient knowledge on accounting. Excellent in excel operations. Proficient in Tally operation.
