Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a National Credit Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The National Credit Manager will oversee and manage the credit management process, evaluate creditworthiness, and develop credit policies and procedures. They will monitor credit risk, implement risk management strategies, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure financial health and compliance. Responsibilities also include conducting regular financial analysis, preparing detailed credit reports, and ensuring effective communication with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications - Strong expertise in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management - Proficient in conducting Financial Analysis and managing credit operations - Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating creditworthiness and assessing risk - In-depth knowledge of Finance and Credit practices - Excellent decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving abilities - Experience in regulatory compliance and statutory requirements related to NBFC-MFIs - Professional qualifications like CA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent are highly desirable - Proven experience in credit risk management or a similar role within the financial sector
