One of our leading client is
looking for a
Salesforce Functional Consultant (3–5 years)
to drive
service process automation
within our
BFSI / Wealth Management
transformation program. You will lead automation initiatives using
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
,
Service Cloud
, and
AI-powered tools
such as
OmniStudio
,
Flow
, and
Einstein Bots
.

This role is ideal for a
techno-functional professional
who understands financial service processes and can translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll collaborate with business and technical teams to automate service journeys, enhance client engagement, and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation workflows using Salesforce Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Flow.
  • Leverage OmniStudio and Einstein Bots to enhance customer experience and agent productivity.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, define user stories, and manage product backlogs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth delivery and integration.
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven tools to optimize service performance.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with strong knowledge of Service Cloud or FSC.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Flow
    ,
    OmniStudio
    , and
    Einstein Bots / Agentforce
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT (mandatory).
  • BFSI industry experience (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
