Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and configure core Salesforce standard objects and workflows
  • Set up lead generation processes, marketing campaigns, reports & dashboards
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support the end-to-end sales lifecycle
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales and Service applications
  • Document and analyze business requirements and processes
  • Elicit and translate functional requirements into technical solutions
  • Create and deliver specifications, business process designs, and documentation
  • Follow Salesforce best practices in every implementation


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    , Apex, , AppExchange
  • Proficient in application/workflow customization, configuration, and administration
  • Skilled in user profile setups, permission sets, org hierarchy, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes
  • Proficient in reports and dashboard creation based on business requirements
  • Solid understanding of
    SCRUM methodology
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce certification (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud) is a plus
