Job Description – Homecare Nursing Brother
Position: Homecare Nursing Brother
Location: Central Line, Mumbai
Experience: 1–5 years (Homecare / Hospital Nursing)
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care at home as per medical and nursing standards.
- Perform vital monitoring (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, blood sugar).
- Assist with medication administration, injections, IV/IM medications, nebulization, wound dressing, catheter care, Ryle's tube care, etc.
- Maintain sterile techniques and ensure infection control practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding the patient's condition.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports of patient progress.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Provide emotional support and ensure patient comfort and safety.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a homecare setup.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Compassionate, polite, and professional behaviour.
- Willingness to work in rotational or flexible shifts.
