Job Description:-

Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in
Flexcube (FCUBS)
along with exposure to
Trade Finance
and
FCC/AML
modules. The role involves creating and executing functional test cases, validating end-to-end banking workflows, and ensuring high-quality delivery of Flexcube modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and execute functional test cases for
    Flexcube modules
    , especially Trade Finance and FCC.
  • Perform end-to-end testing for LC, BG, Collections, Payments, AML/KYC-related scenarios.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and product teams to resolve functional issues.
  • Validate data, perform environment checks, and support UAT cycles.
  • Maintain test documentation, test evidence, and ensure adherence to QA processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience
    in Manual Testing within
    Banking domain
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Flexcube
    (FCUBS) functional flows.
  • Experience in
    Trade Finance
    concepts such as LC, BG, Collections, Trade Loans, etc.
  • Exposure to
    FCC/Financial Crime Compliance
    (AML/KYC/Compliance workflows).
  • Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    JIRA
    ,
    QC/ALM
    , or other test management systems.
  • Good understanding of banking domain processes and system integration flows.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting SIT/UAT phases.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
  • Understanding of Agile methodology.
