Job Description:
  • Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of credit reserves
  • Regular co-ordination with global stakeholders to get the right level of information
  • Partner & collaborate with Credit & Fraud Risk, Risk Finance, Model Governance team to assess & record reserving for qualitative factors
  • Perform analytics on big data to generate insights on measure of credit metrics and drivers of performance
  • Support change management related to continuous improvement along with overall controls & governance
  • Partner with Business, Network and Technology teams to support platform modernization & automation initiatives
  • Support internal and external audit reviews and controls including SOX PRSA Management along with regulators queries/exam - Manage a team of 1-2 high skilled colleagues
Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of AR, AP, settlements systems in the payments industry will be a plus
  • Track record of leveraging emerging technology
  • Attention to detail with a dedication to maintain and improving a strong control environment
  • Strong communicator, able to synthesize and communicate complex topics clearly
  • Business & analytical skills along with knowledge of tools such as Oracle, Big Data (LUMI) 'Gen AI', TM1
  • Process orientation and flair for solving analytical problems
  • Experience of leading enterprise-wide initiatives, collaboration, and building cross functional network is preferred
  • Results driven, self-starter, able to lead and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands, and effectively manage in a matrix organization
  • Effective leadership skills and commitment to mentoring, coaching, and developing direct reports
