Role profile:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong techno-managerial background. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership capabilities to guide development teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions through agreed delivery process. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams and support functions, ensuring alignment and execution across the software development lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and manage development team across various initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and scalability.
  • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and career development support to team leads and junior developers.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Oversee project planning, sprint execution, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring accurate estimation and prioritization of work.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, CI/CD adoption, and architectural improvements.
  • Ensure rapid resolution of production issues with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Promote best practices in software design, development, and deployment, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise / understanding of Java, Spring Framework, .Net, C /C++, Python.
  • Solid understanding of SQL/PLSQL, shell scripting, Unix/Linux, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure), including cloud migration and support.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
