Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mumbai. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include managing multiple social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, implementing social media optimization (SMO) techniques, and developing content strategies that resonate with target audiences. The role also involves regular communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Proficiency in crafting and executing effective Content Strategies
  • Exceptional Communication and Writing skills for content creation and engagement
  • Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for improved performance
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a social media or digital marketing role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
