Job Title: Social Media Manager
Salary Range: 4-6 LPA Location: Mumbai Years of Experience Required: 1-3 years Interview Process: 1 Assignment + 1 Interview (Virtual for non-Mumbai candidates, F2F for Mumbai candidates)
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online communities.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling visuals and copy for posts.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

SkillsMust-Have Skills
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Ability to interpret social media analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Fluency in English.

Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience working in the social media field.
  • Good knowledge of how social media platforms work.

Qualifications Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bonus skill).
