Sr. Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Operations
- Manage day-to-day admin tasks for the restaurant.
- Maintain records, documentation, licenses, AMC files, and compliance logs.
- Oversee purchase orders, stock records, and vendor files.
2. Vendor & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate with food suppliers, service vendors, maintenance teams, and housekeeping.
- Negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Track and reconcile vendor bills with accounts.
3. Facility & Maintenance Management
- Ensure restaurant equipment, utilities, and facilities are properly maintained.
- Schedule regular maintenance, repairs, pest control, and safety checks.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for facility needs.
4. HR & Staff Support
- Assist with staff onboarding, attendance, shift management, and basic HR documentation.
- Maintain employee files, leave records, and training schedules.
- Support the management in staff coordination and communication.
5. Financial & Reporting Support
- Maintain petty cash, admin expenses, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support restaurant manager with operational budgeting.
- Prepare weekly admin reports and submit them to management.
6. Customer & Front-of-House Support (as needed)
- Assist with reservation coordination and customer escalations.
- Support special events, catering, and promotions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
