We are looking for a highly motivated Workshop Manager (Engineer) to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our custom motorcycle workshop. The ideal candidate will not only manage projects and the team effectively but also contribute technically with their engineering expertise and design skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team (mechanics, fabricators, painters, designers, and helpers).
  • Oversee custom motorcycle build projects from concept to completion.
  • Work on CAD software to design and visualize custom motorcycle parts and assemblies.
  • Monitor quality control at every stage of the build process.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for raw materials, parts, and accessories.
  • Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive workshop environment.
  • Act as the bridge between the management and the workshop team.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in workshop management or similar role in the automotive/motorcycle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Hands-on technical understanding of motorcycles and fabrication.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly under pressure.
