Role Overview
We're looking for a hands-on AI Automation Engineer who can embed LLM-based tools and automations across the company — from marketing campaign automation to data enrichment, report generation, customer insights, and internal copilots. This is not a research role — it's about shipping useful internal tools every week.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Growth, Brand, Ops, and Product teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities
  • Build and deploy LLM-powered tools and agents (for example: content copilots, Slack/Notion bots, customer insight generators)
  • Design and orchestrate workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or Autogen
  • Integrate with internal data and APIs (CRM, analytics, campaign tools, Notion, GSheets, Slack, Freshdesk, etc.)
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using Pinecone / Weaviate / FAISS
  • Use Python + for backend automation; n8n / Zapier / Airflow for orchestration
  • Manage automation observability — logging, retries, alerts, monitoring for drift/hallucinations
  • Build prompt libraries, templates, and internal dashboards for AI usage and performance tracking
  • Stay ahead of new frameworks (e.g., OpenAI Assistants API, Anthropic Claude Tools, OpenDevin, AutoGen, LangGraph)

Ideal Background

  • 3–6 years in a technical role (engineering, automation, ML, or internal tools)
  • Strong Python/JavaScript skills with experience building and deploying API-based automations
  • Hands-on with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Autogen, CrewAI, Haystack, etc.)
  • Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Ollama, and local model orchestration
  • Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) and data orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, Temporal)
  • Exposure to vector databases, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
  • Comfort with tools like Slack API, Google Workspace API, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Notion API
  • Bonus: experience deploying lightweight internal apps using Streamlit, FastAPI, or
  • Strong product empathy — ability to understand business team workflows and build pragmatic tools fast
