Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute interior design implementation and civil construction works as per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of site works.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards for all construction and finishing activities.
  • Interpret and work with technical drawings, layouts, and project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines at the site.
  • Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and communicate with the project management team.
  • Manage site-related troubleshooting and resolve issues on the ground.

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering / ITI Civil.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, civil works, and site supervision.
  • Hands-on experience in managing multiple sites/projects.
  • Good understanding of materials, finishing, and quality control.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience:

3-6 years of relevant site engineering experience in hospitality, retail, or commercial projects.
