Supports Retail Delivery team by coordinating with tenants, ensuring fit-out compliance, managing design approvals, inspections, and site progress. Assists in delivering units on time while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and authority standards.

Responsibilities

Tenant Coordination & Support

Primary point of contact for retail tenants throughout the fit-out process.

Facilitates communication between tenants, contractors, and internal teams to address queries and resolve issues promptly.

Provides guidance to tenants on design guidelines, approval processes, and project timelines.

Design & Compliance Management

Reviews tenant fit-out designs and drawings to ensure compliance with mall standards, building codes, and authority regulations.

Manages the design approval process, liaising with relevant stakeholders (e.g., architects, engineers, mall management) to obtain necessary approvals.

Ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout the fit-out period.

Site Supervision & Progress Monitoring

Conducts regular site inspections to monitor fit-out progress, quality of work, and adherence to approved designs and schedules.

Identifies and addresses any deviations from plans or potential construction issues.

Prepares and submits progress reports to the Retail Delivery team, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and resolutions.

Coordinates site access and logistics for tenants and their contractors.

Project Delivery & Handover

Assists in managing the project timeline to ensure timely delivery of retail units to tenants.

Coordinates final inspections and snagging with tenants and contractors.

Supports the handover process of completed units, ensuring all necessary documentation and certifications are in place.

Aids in resolving post-handover defects or issues that may arise.

Authority & Regulatory Compliance

Ensures all fit-out activities comply with local authority requirements and building regulations.

Assists in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant government bodies.
