Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
Social Media Executive
to strengthen The Postcard Hotel's digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of luxury branding, and hands-on experience in managing social media pages for premium or consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and engage The Postcard Hotel's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop visually appealing creatives using
    Canva and Adobe Illustrator
    aligned with the brand's luxury positioning.
  • Conceptualize and execute content calendars, campaigns, and storytelling that resonates with a luxury audience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, suggesting improvements to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and new platforms to keep the brand's social strategy innovative and relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing social media for a
    consumer or luxury brand
    (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in
    Canva
    and
    Adobe Illustrator
    ; knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of
    luxury positioning, tone, and visual language.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple platforms, and create high-quality content consistently.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and luxury experiences.
