Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, located in Gurugram. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and creating content for our social media accounts, developing and implementing social media strategies, and working closely with the marketing team to drive engagement and brand awareness. Daily tasks will include crafting engaging posts, monitoring social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and overall Marketing
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with event planning and management is a bonus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
