We are seeking an experienced API Backend Engineer with 5 to 7 years of total experience, including 5+ years of relevant expertise, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled developer who can design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. This is a remote, contract position for a project with a minimum duration of six months.

Key Responsibilities

  • API Development: Design and develop robust RESTful APIs using either or Python. You'll be responsible for creating clean, efficient, and well-documented API endpoints.
  • Microservices Architecture: Build and deploy services within a microservices architecture. This involves understanding service boundaries, inter-service communication, and maintaining the overall system's health.
  • Authentication & Security: Implement and manage strong authentication and security protocols to protect data and ensure secure communication between services.
  • User Management: Develop and maintain modules for user management, including registration, login, profile management, and role-based access control.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of total experience, with 5+ years of direct experience as an API Backend Engineer.
  • Primary Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in or Python.
  • A solid understanding of Microservices Architecture.
  • Expertise in implementing Authentication & Security protocols.
  • Experience with User Management systems.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹120, ₹140,000.00 per month
