As a high-growth organization, they are seeking a visionary Director of Talent Acquisition to shape and lead the recruitment strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and retains world-class talent to sustain its rapid expansion.
Role Summary :
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable recruitment strategies, driving bulk hiring initiatives, and building leadership pipelines to support the company's growth trajectory. The role demands expertise in managing diverse hiring needs across functions such as Technology, Product, D&A, Marketing, and Corporate functions. This individual will lead a team of recruitment professionals while collaborating with senior leadership to align hiring goals with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision.
Design innovative hiring frameworks to meet high-volume recruitment needs efficiently.
Drive executive and leadership hiring across global markets, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for CXO and senior management roles.
Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts based on business goals.
Operational Excellence
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for junior, mid-level, and leadership roles across multiple functions.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience by optimizing hiring processes and leveraging technology.
Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment metrics, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies, including vendor management, optimized job board utilization, and efficient budget allocation.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of 12-15 recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Provide strategic guidance to the team to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a high-performing team by identifying training needs and driving professional development initiatives.
Employer Branding and Market Engagement
Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen the employer brand and position the company as an employer of choice in the consumer internet space.
Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and university engagements to attract top talent.
Leverage social media, industry networks, and professional forums to engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships.
Diversity and Inclusion
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across recruitment processes to ensure a diverse talent pool.
Develop strategies to attract underrepresented groups and create a balanced workforce.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience:
15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven expertise in leadership hiring, bulk recruitment, and managing recruitment teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in hiring for CXO and senior leadership roles in high-growth sectors.
Extensive experience hiring across functions such as Technology, Product, Marketing, D&A, and Finance.
Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing recruitment teams.
Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies, ATS, and data analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and candidates effectively.
Data-driven approach to recruitment with the ability to analyze metrics and improve processes.
