Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and business analysts.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, provide clear progress updates, and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, coding standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback, retrospectives, and process optimization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹70,337.07 per month
