About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Python Developer with strong Generative AI (GenAI) expertise
to join our GenAI Delivery Organization. You will be working on impactful projects for Fortune 500 customers, developing cutting-edge LLM-based solutions, and collaborating with a diverse team of engineers. Our projects span multi-agent LLM systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and open-source LLM deployments for major enterprises.

This role demands a strong background in
software engineering with GenAI experience
, going beyond traditional data science, as our projects involve ~80% software engineering and 20% GenAI work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions
    – Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLM applications using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
  • Codebase ownership
    – Write and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient code in Python, leveraging frameworks like
    LangChain/LangGraph
    and SQL.
  • Cloud integration & deployment
    – Deploy and optimize GenAI applications on
    Azure, GCP, or AWS
    , ensuring scalability, performance, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    – Work closely with product owners, business SMEs, and other engineers to translate requirements into impactful AI-driven solutions.
  • Technical leadership
    – Mentor and guide the engineering team, fostering best practices in Python, GenAI frameworks, and large language model development.
  • Continuous innovation
    – Stay up to date with the latest in GenAI/LLM research, experimenting with new methods to improve model accuracy and performance.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer (Python).
  • Strong experience in
    building Machine Learning models & systems
    .
  • 2+ years hands-on experience
    with
    LLMs & Generative AI
    techniques (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Agents).
  • Proficiency in
    Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL
    .
  • Experience in
    driving technical roadmaps
    and delivering production-grade solutions.
  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (Azure, GCP, AWS) and deployment best practices.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving & communication skills
    to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
