Ralta Technologies are seeking a motivated and technically skilled AVEVA PI Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working with AVEVA PI  systems, supporting industrial data infrastructure, and delivering high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for AVEVA PI System components (PI Server, PI AF, PI Vision, Data Archive, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain system health, ensuring high availability and performance of PI infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data collection, interface configuration, and client tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement system changes, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Assist in onboarding new data sources and ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or Life Sciences
  • 23 years of experience supporting AVEVA PI systems in an industrial or enterprise environment.
  • Good knowledge of PI System components, including PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, and Interfaces (e.g., OPC, Modbus).
  • Experience with Windows Server environments and basic networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, PI-SDK, or AF-SDK) is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
